Whittington Castle is now ruins, its ancient grounds really and now houses ducks, doves as well as some resident swans, Overt her years the children and i have seen the swan hatch many eggs, we spent lots of time here we even lived a few miles up the road and constantly visited the castle. Its easy to get round with pushchairs, and loads of space for children to run around. Even a field for dogs to run and chase things. Perfect little family place. Through out the year they castle holds evens and even Weddings. Well Worth a visit.
